These terms apply to kitandcub.co and to Kit & Cub Marketing Tools, provided by Kit & Cub Creative(ABN 48 251 750 492). By using either, you agree to them.

Kit & Cub Marketing Tools

• Kit & Cub Marketing Tools is an internal application used by Kit & Cub staff to deliver marketing services. It is not available for public sign-up.
• We access a client's Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Search Console accounts only while that client has engaged us and granted us access, and only to perform the services agreed with them.
• Advertising spend, budgets and campaign launches are governed by the agreement between Kit & Cub and the client. Ad spend is billed by Google directly to the client's Google Ads account.
• Use of Google services through the application is also subject to Google's own terms, including the Google Ads Terms and Conditions and the Google APIs Terms of Service.
• How we handle data from these accounts is set out in our privacy policy.

Proposals

Proposals on this site are confidential to the client they were prepared for. Please don't share the link or password. Accepting a proposal online forms an agreement on the terms set out in that proposal.

Intellectual property

Content on this site, including proposals, is owned by Kit & Cub unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work we create for clients is governed by the relevant proposal or agreement.

Liability

We provide this site and the application with care, but without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Advertising results depend on factors outside our control, including Google's systems and market conditions, and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
